Terms of Sales :

All Orders are subject to the following general conditions of sale:

I The Site

The Site and all the Works presented are the property of Sonia Di Maccio in full, as well as all the rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owner.

However, hypertext type links to the site are authorized without specific request.

II The Work

The Work is guaranteed to be produced by Sonia Di Maccio, hereinafter referred to as the Artist.

III The Client

Placing an Order for the reproduction of an image which benefits from the protection of the laws on artistic property implies on the part of the Customer the affirmation of the existence of a right of graphic reproduction for his benefit.

The Client, consequently, guarantees the Artist against any dispute of which this reproduction right could be the object.

The Customer is responsible for the image he provides. By providing the photos intended to serve as models the customer assumes to have the reproduction rights.

IV The Order

Any Order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.

Any Portrait Order implies the agreement of the people to be represented.

The Artist reserves the right to refuse to paint a portrait without justification.

No deposit or deposit is required for Works made to order.

V Acceptance of the Work

For Works made to order, the Customer has the right to refuse the Work upon receipt of the photo representing it completed. He must then notify the artist within 48 hours of receiving the photo. Any lack of response within 48 hours is deemed to be Customer satisfaction and acceptance of the Work.

VI Prices and terms of payment

The prices of the watercolors are indicated in euros, all taxes included for metropolitan France and the European Union, excluding shipping costs.

The work made to order is payable in cash, within 48 hours after receipt of the photo representing it completed.

The other Works will be the subject of specific quotes, their full price being payable when the Order is placed.


VII Delivery

Delivery will take place after payment for the Work, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

VIII Confidentiality

The Artist undertakes to protect the Client's personal information. These will be used only by the Artist and will in no case be disclosed to third parties.

IX Applicable law

Any Order automatically entails the Customer's acceptance of the general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
